Senior Finance Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded finance manger to take ownership of management reporting across a dynamic, multi-site business. You’ll drive a smooth, controlled month-end close, deliver clear performance insight, and build strong partnerships across Finance and Operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full month-end process and ensure timely, accurate management accounts
• Provide clear analysis and commentary that supports better business decisions
• Strengthen financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting standards
• Streamline processes, reduce close timelines, and improve data quality
• Leverage finance systems and BI tools to automate and enhance reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing management accounting team

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong ownership of month-end and management reporting
• High standards of control and attention to detail
• Confident using modern reporting and data tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive leader who drives improvement and accountability

Nice to have

• ERP and BI system experience
• Multi-site or shared service exposure
• Experience with group reporting or process transformation
