About the Role

Our Finance team plays a critical role in shaping NPL’s success by partnering across the organisation, creating a clear strategy and vision, monitoring performance, and providing insights that drive informed decisions and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading system and process improvement initiatives across the Finance function, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance financial workflows.
  • Acting as the subject‑matter expert for Finance systems (e.g., ERP, reporting tools), overseeing configuration, upgrades and integrations.
  • Providing high‑quality analysis to support decision‑making, including data modelling, reporting and insight generation.
  • Working closely with Finance, IT and wider business teams to ensure system design meets operational and commercial needs.
  • Ensuring strong financial controls, data integrity and compliance are embedded across all system‑driven processes.
  • Supporting change‑management activities, including training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

About You

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft D365 system.
  • Experience working in a Finance department.
  • A Finance degree or equivalent.
  • A solid understanding of core finance processes and data flows (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, budgeting, month‑end including Cost Accounting).
  • Ability to work at pace, using time‑management skills to keep on track of multiple deliverables.
  • Experience of working on a D365 implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
  • BPSS security clearance required.
