Job Summary

You will work across a wide range of specialist clinics and services, helping to deliver high quality care and a smooth patient experience throughout the department. The role includes patient assessments, wound care, minor procedures, clinic coordination and contributing to the day‑to‑day running of outpatient clinics across multiple specialties.

Key Duties

  • Support consultant‑led outpatient clinics to help deliver a positive patient experience
  • Coordinate patient flow to help clinics run smoothly and efficiently
  • Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred nursing care across multiple specialties
  • Support with wound care, dressings and minor procedures
  • Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective care
  • Carry out patient assessments, observations and clinical documentation
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, dignity and confidentiality
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development

About You

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Applies evidence‑based knowledge and practical skills to deliver safe, effective, and high‑quality care
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Takes a proactive, patient‑focused approach to care
  • Previous outpatient experience is beneficial but not essential
