Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

Overview

The Clinical Pharmacist role is a key member of the Justice Healthcare clinical leadership team and will lead independent prescribing clinics across the services, providing person‑centred pharmacy care in a challenging and constantly changing patient population.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct patient‑facing prescribing clinics within the service.
• Support the delivery of a person‑centred Clinical Pharmacy Service that meets the needs of the patient population.
• Develop and drive forward change in line with pharmacy service improvements.
• Provide flexibility across the week, working 36 hours per week over 5 days (full‑time and part‑time options available).

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to work towards an independent prescribing qualification.
• Clinical pharmacy experience and demonstrable leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, team working and change‑management skills.
