Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
- Take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Observe, record and report all changes in service users, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date care records.
- Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork across the multidisciplinary team.
- Complete the required preceptorship to be considered for the post.
Skills & Knowledge
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Strong team‑working skills.

Where You’ll Be Working
Victoria Gardens – a specialist locked rehabilitation unit for people with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge, as well as a ward for older females.Location: Victoria Road, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 5SA, United Kingdom.
