Pharmacy Manager – Medical Centre Pharmacy (Tamworth)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our busy Medical Centre Pharmacy in Tamworth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pharmacy teams, overseeing day-to-day workflows, and delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient pharmacy operations, supporting and developing staff, and expanding the provision of both NHS and private pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pharmacy team
• Oversee daily workflow and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
• Deliver and develop NHS and private pharmacy services
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
• Support staff training, performance, and development

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience delivering NHS and private services
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
