Trauma‑Informed Advocate for Young Women in Crisis

Blind Ambition is seeking a Young Women’s Multiple Disadvantaged Advocate to join their Intersectional Anti-Oppressive Team in London. In this full-time, hybrid role, you’ll provide trauma-informed advocacy and manage cases for young women facing complex needs.

You will conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and work closely with various agencies to empower and support your clients. A commitment to equity and inclusion is essential, as well as the ability to engage marginalized women effectively.
