£45,000 – £50,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Company Van + Career Progression
Location: Midlands (commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tamworth, Rugby and surrounding areas)
An excellent opportunity for a Lightning Protection Test and Repair Engineer to join a growing maintenance division during an exciting period of expansion. This role offers autonomy, structured workloads, uncapped overtime, and the opportunity to play a key part in the company’s plans for nationwide growth.
The business specialises in lightning protection testing, inspection, maintenance, and remedial works for a wide range of clients including facilities management companies, local authorities, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Carry out lightning protection testing and inspections
- Identify and complete remedial repair works
- Complete maintenance reports and certification
- Manage daily workloads using the company scheduling system
- Travel across the Midlands attending client sites
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Lightning Protection
- Experience testing and repairing lightning protection systems
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- DBS check or willingness to obtain one
