Estate Caretaker & Fleet Driver – South London

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an Environmental Caretaker to become part of the Estate Services Team. This role will be based at the Ashgrove Road office in Bromley and involves working across South London and Croydon. Responsibilities include overseeing deep cleaning operations, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must hold a full UK driving licence, possess self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Flexible working options are available, with full training provided.
