We are seeking an experienced service advisor or administrator to manage all customer and retailer communication into the Service & Warranty department, ensuring that all communications (phone/email/web) are correctly logged on the company CRM system and appropriately processed to a satisfactory resolution. This role requires the skill to resolve customers’ issues in a swift, successful, and diplomatic manner, regardless of the circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls, email enquiries and issues covering all aspects of the customer base, ensuring CRM is accurately updated.
- Support the TCSA Team (Technical Customer Service Advisor) in the process of administrative procedures.
- Support the customer base with general enquiries and process genuine warranty claims quickly through workflow.
- Manage inbound service request bookings on the CRM system.
- General customer communications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
