Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum, plus pension and on‑the‑job training.

This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position offers a supportive team environment, a healthy work‑life balance, and the opportunity to see designs progress from concept to manufacture.

Your Role

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for industrial machinery and automation.
• Produce 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, production, and project teams.
• Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work in an office‑based role in High Wycombe.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Product Design Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of hygiene design principles.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, including reading and producing engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Live on a commute to High Wycombe or willingness to relocate.
