Job Description

As the lead recruiter for our engineering function, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for technical talent in London. Partnering directly with engineering leadership who previously scaled Tessian, you will build a high-quality hiring engine to scale our team from 10+ current openings to a world-class engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end engineering recruitment from initial headhunting and mapping to final closing and offer negotiation.
• Partner directly with the Head of Product and Engineering Leads to define success profiles and elevate the hiring bar.
• Craft high-converting outreach campaigns and employer branding content to position the firm as London’s premier destination for top-tier talent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a strong background in a top-tier London agency.
• Deep domain expertise in the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem and a proven ability to hire for complex full-stack roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
