Electrical Design Engineer
Electrical Design Engineer required for a higher education client. You must have industry experience of various commercial projects, AutoCAD and contractor management experience.
Work with the Group’s Senior Electrical Engineering Manager on a wide range of capital development and maintenance upgrade schemes within the Estate Team and carry out the design and prepare specifications for selected projects.
Manage the Electrical Building Service elements of schemes generally ranging in value from £10k to in excess of £50m that require the coordination of the inputs of the Estates department, Group Stakeholders and designers and external consultants.
The post holder will provide a complete Project Management Service from inception to handover for Electrical Building Service projects, including adaptations, renovations and new build from around £10k up to around £1m. The post holder will be expected to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of such projects.

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per year
