The Role

• Maintain, service, and respond to breakdowns on production machinery, including conveyor belts and crushers.
• Carry out reactive and planned preventive maintenance, ensuring efficient, safe operation with minimal downtime.
• Work a 4 x 12‑hour shift pattern covering weekdays (Tue‑Fri), weeknights (Mon‑Thu), and weekend days (Thu‑Sun).

The Person

• Multi‑skilled engineer or equivalent with a background in manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge or experience working with conveyors, crushers, and similar machinery.
• Willing and able to commute to Stafford.
