What You Will Do

• Architect and build sophisticated AI agents and advanced prompt engineering systems to automate manual investigation workflows.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end features across a modern Python and React stack, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Establish engineering processes and quality bars for a rapidly scaling team while supporting live mission-critical deployments.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven production experience with text-based AI systems, including RAG, LLM orchestration, and memory management for agentic workflows.
• Strong full-stack technical foundations with professional proficiency in Python and React, complemented by a solid understanding of data structures.
