Role: Senior Property Investment Consultant (Experience of 2+ years is essential)
Location: Liverpool HQ, but Hybrid/Remote options are available
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Further Negotiable if you can provide substantial revenue figures) + % revenue commissions

If you’re not currently generating £100,000 – £150,000 revenue a month, but you feel you have the skill set to do so, but lack the relevant tools, this is the perfect career move for you!
Are you tired of only turning up to work for 50 leads a month and wish that you could double, triple or quadruple that number. If so, you’re in the right place. Property Investment sales boils down to personal skill set, but also correct marketing and the right diverse stock. If all of those factors don’t align, you can’t do your job correctly.

Candidate Specification
- Experience in UK Property Investment sales is essential (Proven track record of revenue is preferred but not essential. This will reflect any potential offer)
- Ability to work with clients using a consultative approach to under stand their wants and needs, alongwith any previous pain points.
- Have a good understanding of key locations nationwide.
- Have the capacity to go above and beyond where neccessary. If you like to clock in and clock out, this might not be the sector for you. A lot of deals are closed in the evenings or weekends.
- Be able to carry out return on investment calculations, capital appreciation forecasts and objection handle to the finest degree.
- Ability to rapport build, in order to create repeat business from UK and International investors.
Please note, this particular role is suitable for experienced property investment consultants. Any candidates that are new to the industry or out of industry, will not be considered.
