As part of this expansion, they are looking to appoint an Implementation Consultant to join their growing specialist team.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring and delivering tailored solutions for both new and existing customers. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will be involved throughout the full implementation lifecycle: from requirement gathering and solution design through to delivery, testing and post-implementation support.

This is a varied and highly collaborative role that combines analytical thinking, technical problem-solving and customer-facing consultancy. You’ll have genuine autonomy, the opportunity to influence future processes and technologies, and the chance to make a visible impact within a business that actively encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

The role will involve:

  • Gathering and analysing customer requirements to design tailored implementation solutions.
  • Configuring and delivering bespoke solutions within market-leading pensions software platforms.
  • Working across calculation routines, data validation processes and automated reporting solutions.
  • Supporting clients through implementation, testing and post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborating closely with internal technical and operational teams.
  • Contributing ideas towards process improvement, tooling and future innovation initiatives.
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong analytical and logical mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused consultancy or implementation services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Experience within pensions, software implementation or a related technical environment.
