We are now hiring a Public Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established desk, supporting clients while building your own specialist practice market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing your own Public Practice recruitment desk.
• Partnering with accountancy firms across Scotland and the wider UK.
• Managing recruitment across audit, tax, and advisory roles.
• Delivering high-quality shortlists for qualified and senior-level mandates.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Building a strong candidate network within Public Practice.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment or accountancy/practice preferred.
• Strong interest in the Public Practice market.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
