Job Title: Office Based Sales Executive

Location: NN2 (Office-Based)

Salary: Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum PLUS bonus PLUS uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Holiday: 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

About The Role

Due to continuous development and growth, ID Card Centre is looking for an experienced Office Based Sales Executive to join our ambitious Sales Team. We have a wealth of untapped opportunities at our fingertips, and we’re looking for the right person to help us convert these leads into valued customers and drive our growth potential forward. With a history of year-on-year growth, we have exciting plans to continue expanding.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage a combination of Managed Accounts, dormant accounts, and new business to achieve your personal sales targets. Your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and drive will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Proactively manage accounts to retain and grow business.
  • Resurrect dormant customers and re-engage them for future business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to growth.
  • Conduct on-site and remote product demonstrations and attend customer meetings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have sales experience from a similar business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You’ll also have the following:

  • A self-motivated and driven approach but also value working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Reliability and accountability are key to your work ethic.
  • A good understanding of the customer buying process.
  • Solid sales skills in questioning, closing, follow-up, and account management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find opportunities, not obstacles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence with numerical data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English.
  • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
