Job Overview

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Neighbourhood Officer on a 3 month contract situated in Manchester.

The role as Housing Officer will involve hybrid work 2-3 days at home and/or in the office.

Responsibilities

• Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester.
• Dealing with Allocations and Lettings.
• Tenancy Sustainment.
• Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety.
• Environmental issues such as fly tipping and garden issues.

Qualifications

Due to the nature of this role, interested candidates must have extensive Housing Management experience.

You must have access to a car.
