About the Role

Are you motivated by converting event sales bookings? De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, is hiring a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive in Old Windsor. This onsite office position works 5 days per week.

As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive, you will proactively convert key conference, corporate and banqueting business through showrounds and follow‑up, maximising conversion opportunities across all event types.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue, regularly conducting sales appointments and show rounds.
  • Confident approach, able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using IT software; familiarity with Opera software is beneficial but not essential – training can be provided.
  • Sharing the company’s values: graciously warm, genuine, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered.
