They have opportunities available within either their Colchester or Frinton offices in Essex.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will join one of the region’s most established and successful law firms, helping to support the continued growth of their Residential Conveyancing teams in Colchester and Frinton. Main duties and responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements at all times
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and high standards of client care throughout the conveyancing process

- Contribute to business development activities and help strengthen their reputation within the local community
About you:
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will have experience within residential conveyancing and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will be motivated, proactive, and organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage matters effectively.
You will understand the importance of building trusted client relationships whilst ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
