Total Reward Lead – PLC Governance & Incentives

Card Factory is seeking a Reward Lead to develop and shape their Total Reward Strategy. You will oversee pay structures, annual remuneration cycles, and ensure compliance with governance and shareholder expectations.

The role requires strategic oversight of incentives and benefits while working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders. Proven experience in complex, multi-site organizations and strong expertise in pay structures are essential.
