Fire Safety & Housing Compliance Officer

Havering is looking for a knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join our Resident Services team in Romford for a 12-month maternity cover. The role focuses on ensuring compliance and safety across housing stock, particularly regarding fire safety and clutter management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fire safety compliance and HHSRS inspections. They will engage with residents to promote safety and compliance, helping to maintain safe living environments.

This position involves regular borough-wide travel and a competitive salary range of £35,520 to £38,739 per annum.
