Senior Delegate Sales Executive
Our client is an award‑winning events business looking to expand its sales team. They are seeking a delegate sales person to join their London office.
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 base plus uncapped commission (potentially £65,000 in Year 1). Flexible working.
Responsibilities
- Drive, prospect and close delegate sales for a portfolio of events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and commission benchmarks.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and event teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and event execution.
Qualifications
- 12–24 months of delegate sales experience, or 2+ years in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Degree qualified (preferred).
- Positive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to earn commission.
- Proactive, self‑motivated with a proven ability to close deals.
