Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking an experienced Locum Property Lawyer to join a respected Property Legal Team in a South London Council. This role involves handling a variety of Commercial and Residential property matters such as lease extensions, title searches, and acquisitions.

The position is full-time, starting with an initial 3-month contract and the possibility of a permanent role. The ideal candidate should have experience in local authorities or relevant private practice.

Competitive rate offered, with attendance required at the office for two days a week.
