Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
- Provide administration support and complete monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
- Maintain the market segment database
- Conduct market research/telesales campaigns
- Meet KPIs and targets
- Ensure adequate supply of stationery and brochures are in stock
