Front Office Team Leader – Reception Team
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are looking for a Front Office Team Leader to join the Reception Team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the reception area.
- Motivate and inspire the Reception Team, leading by example when welcoming guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and reservations.
- Ensure flawless guest stays from check‑in to check‑out.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in a hotel front‑office role, preferably supervisory.
- Extensive knowledge of Opera or a similar PMS.
