Strategic HR & Office Operations Lead

Connect44 Sarl is seeking an HR & Office Manager to manage the employee lifecycle, oversee payroll and compliance, and coordinate office operations. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience and knowledge of UK employment legislation.

This role offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote. The HR & Office Manager will also assist in employee engagement and well-being programs.
