Senior Support Worker: Drive Independence & Compassion

Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support for our client based in Wyre Forest / Kidderminster. The successful candidate will work in a small team to enable the client, who has complex needs, to live as independently as possible.

This role offers pay between £12.71 – £13.00 per hour, a 48-hour work week including day and night shifts, comprehensive training, and excellent career development opportunities.
