Overview

Avante Care & Support is a registered charity supporting over 1000 older people through registered nursing and dementia care homes and home care services.

Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant you will be reliable, friendly and professional, a team player with great communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Previous experience is useful but not essential – we will train you and provide opportunities to complete professional qualifications if required. You and your colleagues will be responsible for creating a new, positive and engaging lifestyle for our residents while delivering the day‑to‑day care and comfort they need.
