What you will do

• Recovery Interventions: Deliver recovery-focused, harm reduction, and psycho-social interventions.
• Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload, structured one-to-one support and group sessions.
• Assessment & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments, safeguarding and risk evaluations.
• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with external organisations and stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Use strong communication skills to motivate and empower individuals.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience working within substance misuse, addiction recovery, mental health, or community support services.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and recovery-focused approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
