Care & Support Assistant – New Care Home Opening Autumn 2026
Malling Grange Care Home, West Malling.
£13.20 – £13.40 per hour. Full-time, Part-time & Relief hours available.
We are opening a brand‑new luxury care home in Autumn 2026. The home will feature spacious en‑suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four themed care suites.
As a Care & Support Assistant you will help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.
No previous care experience required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
