Teaching Assistant Level 2: Student Support & Inclusion

GSL Education – Leicester is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to work as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 in Redditch. This full-time role is term-time only, requiring commitment from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates will support primary and secondary pupils with diverse needs, fostering both social and academic development.

Responsibilities include providing personalized learning experiences, assisting with personal care, and supporting lesson delivery. Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience and a strong understanding of safeguarding principles.
