Location: Sittingbourne. Pay: £13.20 – £13.40. Hours: Option of 21, 28 or 30 hour contract. Shift Pattern: Days and Alternate Weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
- Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
- Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
- Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
- Kind, dependable, and compassionate. Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.
- Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives.
