Gardener — Create Welcoming, Safe Outdoor Spaces

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Gardener for its care home in West Parley. Your primary role will involve maintaining the grounds to ensure a welcoming and safe outdoor environment for residents. You’ll be responsible for caring for plants, as well as looking after the equipment and structures within the grounds.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents and possess general gardening experience, health and safety knowledge, and a patient, empathetic disposition.
