Salary: $35-45+ Hourly

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Gas (required)
• EPA Certified (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Perform work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Accurately document work performed and recommendations
