MIG Welder (Temp-to-Perm) + 15% Attendance Bonus

Pertemps Banbury is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a temp-to-perm position in Moreton-in-Marsh. The ideal candidate will have previous MIG welding experience and the ability to read technical drawings. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.42 plus a 15% attendance bonus, leading to £16.58 per hour.

You will work Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Responsibilities include welding, quality checks, and maintaining a safe work area. Early finish every Friday is a perk of this role.
