Aspiring Production Engineer – Injection & Moulding

Broughton Group is looking for a Junior Production Engineer specializing in Injection and Compression Moulding. This role offers the chance to learn, progress, and manage the production process in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Moulding Setter or Technician aiming to transition into Engineering. You’ll train Operators, resolve production issues, and support the introduction of new products while working in a supportive team setting.
