Responsibilities

• Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
• Repairs floor & wall coverings.
• Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
• Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes in AHUs / FCUs and basic plumbing requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours

• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Overtime possibilities.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a high‑profile work environment.
• Escort / permitting experience.
• Previous fabric experience advantageous.
• PC literate and good customer relationship skills.
