A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Managing Associate Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded Manchester Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a national firm with an outstanding reputation, working within a close-knit team of 6 whilst benefiting from the support, resources and referral network of a much larger organisation. The Role
- Divorce and separation matters.
- High-value financial remedy proceedings.
- Private children law disputes.
- Cohabitation and TOLATA matters.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters.
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department.
- Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Family Law.
- Strong background in privately funded family matters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and client management skills.
