Job Description:

We are supporting our client in recruiting a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and data entry, with plenty of variety day‑to‑day.

Salary: £13.38 per hour

Location: Clitheroe

Working Hours

  • Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:15pm
  • Fri: 8:00am – 3:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing incoming sales orders via email
  • Entering data into Sage
  • Handling customer queries such as delivery dates and order updates
  • General sales admin and office support
  • Providing customer service by phone and email

Most of the work is PC‑based, with some telephone communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good communication and customer service ability
  • Confident using computers (Sage experience is a bonus)
  • Organised, accurate and reliable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
