Account Assistant
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

The role is for an Accounts Administrator at a prestigious Aylesbury based client, working alongside the accounts team handling reconciliation, phone calls and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Compile data-based reports
- Answer calls and handle queries
- Reconcile payments and manage accounts
- Maintain record keeping
- Write letters
- Deal with utility companies
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounts
- Knowledge of the Office of the Public Guardian forms (Beneficial, not essential)
- IT literate
- Organised
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Proactive and initiative-taking
- Highly motivated
- Team player
- Professional and competent attitude
