Paralegal – Funds – US Law Firm

Our client, a leading US law firm with a prominent London office, is looking for a talented Funds Paralegal to join their Investment Funds practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers on high-profile fund formations across private equity, VC, hedge funds, and real assets.

The role

• Draft and review fund documentation – LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, and PPMs
• Manage investor KYC/due diligence and closing checklists across multiple fund closes
• Liaise with clients, investors, and third-party service providers
• Support regulatory filings and ongoing compliance (AIFMD, FCA)

About you

• 1+ years’ paralegal experience in investment funds, ideally at a US or international firm
• Solid grasp of fund structures and the funds market
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and a strong communicator
