Legal Internship Opportunity – 6 Months

About the Role

We are offering a dynamic 6-month internship opportunity for law students keen on gaining hands‑on experience in legal research, corporate advisory, and contract drafting. This internship will provide valuable exposure to real-world legal scenarios within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and judicial decisions
• Analyze legal implications of new business initiatives
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and various legal documents
• Help develop internal legal policies and provide input on the company’s legal positions
• Contribute to ongoing legal advisory projects and assist in preparing documentation
• Carry out additional responsibilities related to legal matters as assigned

Internship Duration

• 6 months

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
• Preferable exposure to or understanding of Corporate and Securities Law
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Excellent research and legal drafting capabilities
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department will be an added advantage
