Role: Multi Skilled Operative

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Location: Worthing, BN14 8PB

Mitie seeks a versatile Multi Skilled Operative to execute a range of building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, tiling, structure repairs, plumbing, and fire door inspections. The role requires a qualified operative with experience in using PDA technology for job reporting and completion.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, covering carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs, painting, decorating, hard flooring, and carpet tiles.
• Conduct basic plumbing maintenance and repairs, as well as plastering to restore damaged walls.
• Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Utilize PDA technology for accurate job reporting and completion.
• Inspect and repair fire doors as required.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified skilled operative with C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade (carpentry, joinery, or plumbing).
• Basic IT knowledge.
