Job Description:

To provide hands on, first line IT Support to the Business and liaise with third party managed IT Support Providers where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands on, first line IT support to the business and liaise with third party managed IT support providers when necessary.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles).
  • Provide support to IT Hardware within the business, working alongside our IT and Operations Project Managers.
  • Liaising with and escalating issues to third party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions.
  • Performing setup, deployment & IT equipment provision to staff.
  • Occasional hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.
  • IT procurement & maintaining IT asset records.
  • To assist and support the Project Managers with the delivery of new systems and technological enhancements.
  • Opportunity to support data management, control and reporting.

Essential Skills / Qualifications

  • IT Systems/ Support experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups
  • Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS

Desirable

  • Microsoft 365 Admin Centre experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav
  • Microsoft Teams & SharePoint admin
  • Microsoft Excel / Power BI

Soft skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Proactive self-starter focused on system improvement
