Forklift Driver – Reach or VNA

Location: Desborough

Pay: Days £14.11 per hour; Nights £15.11 per hour; Overtime £21.10 per hour.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off. Typical shifts: 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations by preparing, processing, and completing orders efficiently and safely.
• Receive and handle stock, perform inventory checks, and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or teletrucks, carry out full safety inspections and required paperwork.
• Support production by ensuring a steady flow of materials, loading operators, supplying laborers, and moving items with correct route identification.
• Pack, pick, scan, band, wrap products, and assist with packaging preparation.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas, follow company procedures, and adhere to all health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with some manual handling.
• Previous experience as a forklift driver.
• In‑date Reach or VNA licence.
