Pastoral Support Worker — Empowering Students Through Connection

Abbey View in Tewkesbury is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to help our learners forge meaningful connections with adults. The ideal candidate should be experienced in supporting young people facing significant personal challenges and exhibit a passion for student engagement.
