Job Summary

Weekend working is required.

As a Maintenance Assistant you will ensure the care home is safe, attractive and well-maintained. You will undertake a variety of tasks for building and grounds to keep the home at its best all day, every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds, ensuring they are safe and welcoming.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and address any issues promptly.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance.
• A patient, caring nature and genuine interest in residents.
• Reliability and a willingness to handle a range of tasks.
